About the Neurovitality Institute

The Neurovitality Institute was created from the desire to design an entirely new model of prevention. Jessie Hoskins, MMS, PA-C worked for a nonprofit Neurology practice in Charlotte, NC that focused on the care of patients and caregivers with dementia and movement disorders. She saw a gap for caregivers and family members who wanted to know what they could do to improve their brain health in order to prevent dementia or delay the onset of cognitive changes. Jessie spent years taking care of these families, reading, learning and researching best practices for brain health and created a new program based on what she deemed to be the 10 pillars of Brain Health in 2025.

Using her background as a Duke-trained and certified integrative health coach, as well as a neurology clinician, Jessie works with you to determine your priorities and transforms your goals into actionable, achievable and sustainable habits. She is an expert in neuroplasticity and the science of personal change.
